CALLBACK

in telecommunications, refers to a phone feature wherein the last caller can be rang back as the receiver's response. In customer service, also refers to a follow-up call made to a consumer in which satisfaction on products and services is further assessed.

CALLBACK: "These days, a callback can either be a return phone call or a follow-up interview."
