FEAR OF FLYING

is a relatively normal and well-known persistent and irrational fear of being inside an aeroplane whilst airbourne. It is otherwise known as aviophobia, although this is now seldom used in modern society.

FEAR OF FLYING: "Some may say worryingly enough, some pilots have a fear of flying, but looking at it from an evolutionary stand-point, it is logical."
