FEAR OF SUCCESS

is effectively the binary opposite of a fear of failure, where the individual will fear succeeding at a specific project or subject (at an educational institution) due to the accolade that comes with that success.

FEAR OF SUCCESS: "A small amount of children and adults in the work place will have a fear of success and as a result restrict their contributions despite their skills."
