GENERAL ADAPTATION SYNDROME (GAS)

This has 3 stages. 1. alarm has shock and countershock phase and can trigger fight or flight. 2.resistance stabilising physiological levels of depleted resources and 3. exhaustion the breakdown of acquired adoptions.
