INTERROGATIVE

Linguistics. Sentence used to pose a question rather than make a statement, issue a command or the mood of a verb used in constructions. 2 main types. 1. yes/no questions. 2. Questions using what, when, where, etc.

INTERROGATIVE: "Interrogative is a sentence form."
