LEADER-CATEGORIZATION THEORY

A model which makes the assumption that outsiders will automatically and spontaneously (without forethought) consider themselves as leaders of a group. See also attribution theory of leadership- leader prototype.

LEADER-CATEGORIZATION THEORY: "The leader-categorization theory is one of the main collections of ideas about how a leader conducts themselves within a group and their role."
