LEAVING THE FIELD

the process whereby one remove s themselves from a stressful or otherwise situation in which they cannot possibly achieve their goal. This can be from simply leaving a conversation to physical withdrawal.

LEAVING THE FIELD: "Stressful situations, either at work or home can become damaging, therefore leaving the field is always the best approach to a confrontation."
