LIFE HISTORY

a systematic account of life events in an individuals life starting from their birth up until the present. In therapy, this is usually taken by therapists during a retrospective session.

LIFE HISTORY: "A life story maybe communicated to a physician who requires intricate knowledge about their patient before being able to effectively treat them."
