is an umbrella term used to describe a repeated syllable, phrase or hymn, often related related to religions concepts - especially in Hinduism and Buddhism.

MANTRA: "Found in both Hinduism and Buddhism, some followers will follow a mantra for the season or day which will be repeated often during hymn."
