MENTAL HYGIENE

is an approach to mental health which states that mental health issues can be avoided given the appropriate level of education and an stable emotional and family environment is maintained.

MENTAL HYGIENE: "Mental hygiene, it is believed, can be achieved with an appropriate level of education and understanding about ones mental health and the implications when it decreases. "
