MENTORING

is the communication of knowledge between two people typically on a one to one basis between a mentor and their mentee. Technically, education as a whole in a classroom is a form of mass mentoring too. There are a variety of programs from educational to occupational which aim to develop high quality teaching via mentoring.

MENTORING: "Mentoring occurs within a wide range of institutions from struggling children at school, to mentoring new members of a workforce within the workplace."
