MNEMONIST

describes an individual who has an exceptional ability to initially encode information that was not previously known and then retrieve that information back after a standard period of time.

MNEMONIST: "An mnemonist is an individual who has a high ability in encoding but then retrieving encoded pieces of information such as memories."
