MOLESTATION

50

is the act of making unwanted and unsolicited sexual gestures or approaches to another individual. When the victim is a child or mentally challenged individual, the assumption is made they were unable to make the informed decision to allow the behaviour and it is therefore considered molestation.

MOLESTATION: "Molestation is a crime, in most countries, which is slowly fading down due to the increased level of education which the general public is being exposed to."
