NELSON-DENNY READING TEST

is now in its 5th edition of being published and was first created by M. J. Nelson (1894 - 1970) and E. C. Denny (1887 - 1984), who were U.S. educators. The test consists of a vocabulary section which 80 one-sentence statements which participants must then choose a correct word from a possible choice of four. The test aims to examine the participants vocabulary, reading rate and their reading comprehension at a high school, college and adult level.
