NOISE ABATEMENT

is the procedure of applying legislative measures which aim to reduce the level of noise pollution with a specific environment. This method has been used to in the context of airports and residents near them complaining of excessive noise pollution from the aircraft.

NOISE ABATEMENT: "In cases where the noise level can exceed healthy levels, noise abatement procedures are put in place to strengthen the noise limitations. "
