NONGONOCOCCAL URETHRITIS (NGU)

an infection of the genital tract, generally sexually transmitted, a result of an agent different from the gonococcus. The infected living being is frequently a type of chlamydia. The symptoms generally consist of inflammation of the urethra and at times, a pussuch as discharge.
