OPINION TESTIMONY

proof or signs which consists of inferences or conclusions instead of authentic facts viewed or encountered. Opinion testimony is generally only permitted by experts, because they have specialized insight which will help the jury or judge in coming to a decision.

OPINION TESTIMONY: "Opinion testimony should not be strictly followed- there is always more than one account of an incident."
