PERSON-TO-PERSON RATING SCALE

a rating scale which contrasts traits of the person being rated with the traits of a the selecting group of people who show differing extents of the traits in question. The rating person chooses the individual in the comparison group with whom the individual being rated is most closely matched to with the trait in question and designates the person being rated with the same rating.

PERSON-TO-PERSON RATING SCALE: "For the purpose of this experiment, we will be using a person-to-person rating scale."
