PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION

a list of particular precisely defined traits which will be necessary of the successful candidate for a specific task, inclusive of educational or other qualifications, training, occupational experience, physical traits, and particular work-related skills. Commonly referred to as task particularation.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION: "Personnel specifications mandate that you have at least five years of work experience in the same field as the job you are applying for."
