PROCESS OBSERVER

Whether formally assigner or simply assumed by one of its members, a process observer becomes tasked with observing the working dynamics of a group with the goal of improving their efficiency. These processes and goals are discussed with the group as a whole.

PROCESS OBSERVER: "Janice quickly took on the role of process observer on the main assembly line. The other workers accepted her in that role easily."
