PROGRAM EFFICACY

Similar to program effectiveness, program efficacy draws its conclusion about an intervention using closely controlled scientific conditions.. These may be narrowly defined as to patients treated, nature of service(s) offered, etc.

PROGRAM EFFICACY: "The program efficacy was only available following clarification of the type of patients treated."
