PRONATION

Pronation is an action in movement. Pronation of the foot occurs when the sole is outward-facing and the outer margin is raised. An exaggerated example would be walking on the inside of one feet. In running, this action helps in the efficiency of the stride.

PRONATION: "Angel's pronation while she ran helped her to run further with less fatigue."
