PSYCHOBIOLOGY

The idea in the mental health profession that an individual client must be viewed in a holistic light in which psychological, sociological and biological factors have determined their present state of mental health and mental illness. That is, psychological state cannot be separated from physical state when determining the path from illness to recovery.
