PSYCHOLOGICAL SKILLS TRAINING (PST)

Psychological Skills Training of PST is a program of practicing of psychological skills as they relate to athletics and performance. The program focuses on relaxation, concentration, imagery, goal setting and more in order to optimize athletic prowess on the field or the court.
