SOMATIC DELUSION

Somatic delusion is a false belief that one or more organs are not working properly or are diseased. Even after tests these people still believe this. Also called somatopsychic delusion.

SOMATIC DELUSION: "In somatic delusion, Joe was convinced his liver wasn't working properly."
