STROBOSCOPE

The device which present the still images very rapidly as these are seen as moving. When still images are presented in sequence by a stroboscope, the perception of movement is created and objects are perceived as moving.

STROBOSCOPE: "A stroboscope is used to show the still images as the moving ones."
