STRONG INTEREST INVENTORY (SII)

Is an interest based test. A person who is successful in one field shows their interest in the same kind of tasks again and again as compare to those who were successful in other occupations.

STRONG INTEREST INVENTORY (SII): "Strong interest invent determines the aptitude of a person towards the same task, they have already completed before."
