SUBORDINATION

In a linguistic, it is a grammar but in general, it is putting someone or something in the lower group or lower ranking. It is also used to show people who are under a certain person.

SUBORDINATION: "As he was a senior for the company, he was one of the most valued member of the subordination staff. "
