SYSTEMATIC RATIONAL RESTRUCTURING

It is a system in the psychotherapy by which the client will be encouraged to think about the situations that can provoke the anxiety. The doctor will then talk to him in a way so that he can reduce his anxiety.

SYSTEMATIC RATIONAL RESTRUCTURING: "His anxiety has been a problem for long and he agreed to undergo the Systematic rational restructuring to help him to deal with it. "
