TASK IDENTITY

These are the motivating features of a task that are specified in a job characteristics model of Richard Hackman and Greg Oldham. For the particular task, a person is known; this is called task identity.

TASK IDENTITY: "A task identity can be high if a task entails a lot of responsibility."
