TOPALGIA

noun. pain which is centralized in one area or small region without any lesion or injury to take responsibility for it. Topalgia frequently is an indicator of a somatoform disorder, especially in cases wherein the pain appears to happen in unlikely segments of nerve or circulatory patterns.
