TRANSACTION

noun. 1. any interaction between the person and the social or physical surroundings, particularly during involvement between at least two individuals. 2. With regard to some psychotherapies, the interaction between the therapy professional and the client and ultimately between the client and other people within their surroundings.

TRANSACTION: "The transactions between the therapist and I have been very healthy."
