UNCINATE FASCICULUS

a group of nerve fibers which links the anterior and inferior parts of the frontal lobe of each of the brain's cerebral hemispheres. It cultivates a concise group as the fasciculus flexes around the lateral sulcus and expands into a fan-like formation at either end.
