noun. a person, generally a pupil, who steadily reaches levels below their already proven ability. Underachievement might be specific of a region of analysis or it might be general. It is more prevalent in males than females and is very typical in intelligent and even gifted kids. It is additionally prevalent in average pupils and kids with special needs.
