describes, the potentially painful medical condition, whereby a testicle has not descended fully from the abdominal cavity and has therefore become lodged outside of the scrotum. This may require surgery to correct.

EXTRAUTERINE PREG: "Immense pain can result from extrauterine pregnancy paracyesis ectopic testis, where the tesicle doesn't descend properly and becomes lodged outside the scrotum."
