FRAME OF REFERENCE

1. Social psychology. the set of assumptions or criteria that a person or group judges ideas, actions and experiences. 2. Cognitive psychology. It is the set of parameters that define a mental schema.

FRAME OF REFERENCE: "The frame of reference is a cognitive perception."
