LICENSE

a notice of permission which can be issued by any authority responsible for the license action. Licenses can be for proof of education to proof of ownership of a car for example.

LICENSE: "An individuals license will grant them permission to a certain 'thing', for example a majority of Americans will have a gun license which allows them to purchase and wield a gun."
