MINDFULNESS

is the awareness and ability to comprehend ones own self of existence in society and their surroundings - the binary opposite to absent-mindedness. There have been a wide range of therapies based on mindfulness such as meditation which has been applied to reducing addictions for example.

MINDFULNESS: "An individuals general level of awareness and their ability to comprehend ones own self and their existence within reality itself is class as ones mindfulness."
