Sleep disorder describes a lot of sleep disturbances including amount, quality, timing and abnormal events during sleep. Disorders are characterised by common cause, mental disorder, medical condition or drug abuse.
SLEEP DISORDER: "A sleep disorder describes anything that disturbs our sleep cycle and normal sleep behaviour."
