TRANSCENDENT COUNSELING

a type of counseling which is based upon the idea that actions are a result of a person's lifestyle and that changing of actions can only be reached via lifestyle alterations. Many different directive and action-rooted methods and activities are enacted, like interpersonal counseling, the utilization of calming and meditation, and application of exercise and nutrition programs.
