PREMATURE EJACULATION

a carnal malfunction wherein ejaculation takes place with little carnal stimulation, prior to, on, or briefly following penetration or merely earlier than desired. The diagnosis takes into consideration aspects like novelty of the carnal partner, age, and the duration and frequency of intercourse. The diagnosis isn't applicable if the disruption is because of the direct impact of a substance.

PREMATURE EJACULATION: "The patient has always suffered from premature ejaculation."
